On 10 October, was displayed the more advanced intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) systems during an unusual predawn military parade held in Pyongyang to mark the 75th anniversary of the founding of its ruling Workers’ Party on Saturday, according to footage aired on State broadcaster KCTV.
Some sources reported that the new type of missile system is larger than the one they fired in 2017.

En un imponente desfile militar en Pyongyang que muchos interpretaron como otra muestra de fuerza hacia Occidente, el ejército de Corea del Norte exhibió este sábado nuevos misiles intercontinentales de gran tamaño, entre ellos uno mayor que el Hwasong-15, el proyectil de mayor alcance probado por el régimen hasta la fecha.

Corea del Norte lleva sin lanzar a modo de prueba un misil intercontinental (ICBM) desde noviembre de 2017 -cuando probó precisamente el Hwasong-15-, en medio de su giro diplomático para tratar de negociar con Estados Unidos un acuerdo de desnuclearización, aunque las conversaciones con Washington en este terreno llevan estancadas casi dos años, tras el fracaso de la última cumbre entre el Donald Trump y Kim Jong-un.

El Pentágono informó este domingo a TASS que está analizando los datos sobre un nuevo misil balístico intercontinental de Corea del Norte que fue presentado en el desfile militar celebrado en Pionyang el 10 de octubre.
