The Russian president Valdimir Putin said that his country does not plan to interfere in the Syrian internal affairs, adding that Moscow aims at helping Damascus to fight terrorist groups.
"Russia does not want to affect Syria's ruling system," Putin stressed, "It just aims at helping the Syrian government to eradicate the terrorist groups across the country."
It is worth noting that Russia has been launching an aerial warfare against the terrorist groups in Syria since September 30, 2015.
