Russian air defense systems shot down five Ukrainian drones over Belgorod and Tula

Russian Ministry of Defense announced Thursday that it shot down five Ukrainian drones over the territory of the Russian Belgorod and Tula regions.

“Russian air defense systems thwarted attempts by the Kiev regime to carry out terrorist attacks using drones against targets on the territory of Russia, and destroyed five Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod and Tula regions,” the ministry said in a statement quoted by the Russia Today website.

Kiev regime is pursuing terrorist methods, foremost of which is the use of attack drones and artillery shelling against civilians and civilian facilities in Russia in an attempt to divert attention from its defeats.
