Nebenzia: US soldiers operate the HIMARS missile systems for the Ukrainian regime – SANA

The Russian permanent representative to The UN, Vassily Nebenzia, affirmed that US soldiers are those who operate the “HIMARS” missile systems for the Ukrainian regime.

TASS agency quoted Nebenzia as saying during a meeting of the UN Security Council at Moscow’s initiative “ the American Himars missile system must be highlighted among the weapons that they are being supplied and that guided with the help of the American military satellites , clearing that the American military is being coordinate satellite data and intelligence information and using HIMARS system software.”

Nebenzia regretted for the failure of the UN Secretariat to condemn the Kiev regime’s attacks on the Donetsk People’s Republic, recalling the massacre that took place there in recent weeks using Western weapons.

The Russian delegate warned that Ukrainian soldiers, motivated by Western countries, are trying to smashing Donetsk city, pointing out that there are no military targets for the daily Ukrainian strikes on residential areas in the city.

He added “we regret that the officials of the United Nations Secretariat did not have the courage to condemn the criminal bombing of Donetsk that led to big human losses and large destruction.
