LPR (Lugansk) declares day off on September 27, final day of referendum

The final day of the referendum in the Lugansk People’s Republic on entry into Russia will be a day off in the republic under a decree signed by LPR leader Leonid Pasechnik.

"I rule to declare September 27, 2022, a day off in the Luhansk People's Republic," reads the document published on the LPR leader’s website on Tuesday.

Leadership of Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as liberated Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions made a decision Tuesday to hold referendums on accession to the Russian Federation in response to address of the civil movements. The vote in all four regions will take place on September 23-27.
