The Organization of American States (OAS) has adopted a resolution suspending Russia as a permanent observer to the inter-governmental institution over the invasion of Ukraine.

Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov said in a statement on Thursday that he was not allowed to speak during the Organization of American States (OAS) meeting when a vote took place to suspend Russia's status as permanent observer.

Russian Ambassador to the Snited States Anatoly Antonov said in a statement that he has denounced the Organization of American States' (OAS) decision to suspend Russia as its permanent observer and called the decision a "grave mistake."
