(FNA)- Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman slammed US President Joe Biden’s decision over allocating $3.5 billion to the victims of 9/11.
"The richest country in the world is blatantly plundering the wealth of the poorest!" Hua Chunying wrote on Twitter.
"Whatever the pretext, the wealth of the Afghan people should be owned and controlled by themselves, especially at their hour of greatest need," she added.
Biden's order, signed Friday, allocates another $3.5 billion in Afghan assets for humanitarian aid to a trust fund to be managed by the UN to provide aid to Afghans.
