Ukrainian authorities are not concealing any longer their stubborn unwillingness to comply with their commitments under the Minsk agreements, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said on Thursday.
"We have to state that Kiev’s stubborn unwillingness to comply with their commitments under the package of measures is not concealed any longer even at the level of Ukrainian leadership," the UN ambassador told a session of the UN Security Council in connection with the sixth anniversary of the signing of the Minsk agreements, initiated by Russia.
