No Renegotiation of JCPOA, Iran’s Zarif Reiterates - Tasnim News Agency

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif

Iran will by no means agree to renegotiate the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said.



Addressing the 6th edition of Mediterranean Dialogues (Rome MED 2020) via videoconference on Thursday, Zarif underlined that Tehran will not hold any new talks on what has already been agreed on in the JCPOA.

Denouncing the US violation of the 2015 nuclear deal, Zarif said, “Washington has breached the (UN) Security Council resolutions, and the Trump administration is a rogue regime. Washington must stop violation of the JCPOA.”

He also reiterated that Iran will fulfill its JCPOA commitments if the Europeans and the US honor the nuclear deal.
