The General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation said on Monday that Russia is ready to respond to those who violated the agreement of the cessation of hostilities in Syria from tomorrow if Moscow has not received a US reply to its initiative on monitoring mechanism of cessation of hostilities.
It added that the delay of starting the validity of the agreed-on rules for responding to the violation of the cessation of hostilities is “unacceptable.”
The Russian General Staff continued to say that talks showed the US unwillingness to make fruitful discussion and consent on the text of cessation of hostilities agreement in Syria.
