Plus de 30 membres du personnel sont également portés disparus à la suite de cette frappe, a précisé MSF samedi.
Dommages collatéraux
Au moment du bombardement, 105 patients et 80 membres du personnel, des Afghans et des étrangers, étaient présents dans le centre de soins.
Selon l'Otan, dont les frappes aériennes ont soutenu l'armée afghane dans sa contre-offensive à Kunduz, une frappe américaine a été menée pendant la nuit contre des "personnes qui menaçaient les forces de la coalition" et elle "pourrait avoir engendré des dommages collatéraux dans un centre médical qui se trouvait à proximité".
Le centre de soins de MSF a apporté une aide cruciale à la population civile depuis lundi et la prise de Kunduz par les talibans, puis la contre-offensive des forces de sécurité afghanes. C'est le seul hôpital dans cette région du nord de l'Afghanistan capable de traiter des grands blessés.
"MSF a traité 394 blessés depuis lundi", a expliqué Dr Bart Janssens, directeur des opérations de l'ONG. "Nous sommes profondément choqués par cette attaque", a-t-il ajouté.
Kunduz, verrou stratégique du nord de l'Afghanistan, a été cette semaine le théâtre d'âpres combats entre les talibans et les forces de sécurité afghanes, qui ont repris le contrôle de la ville jeudi.

The MSF facility is seen as a key medical lifeline in the region and has been running "beyond capacity" in recent days of fighting that saw the Taliban seize control of the provincial capital for several days.
"At 2:10 am (2040 GMT) local time... the MSF trauma centre in Kunduz was hit several times during sustained bombing and was very badly damaged," it said in a statement.
"Three MSF staff are confirmed dead and more than 30 are unaccounted for. The medical team is working around the clock to do everything possible for the safety of patients and hospital staff."..........france24.com
