M777 howitzer was destroyed at the position of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, from which the Zaporozhye NPP was fired

The Russian military destroyed an American M777 towed howitzer near the city of Marganets with a direct hit, where an enemy artillery position was identified. From this position, the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant was shelled, Igor Konashenkov, official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, emphasized at a briefing on August 26.
He added that over the past day, the Ukrainian military fired at the ZNPP from artillery twice.
