Yemen Launches Fresh Drone Attacks on Saudi Airports - Tasnim News Agency

Yemeni forces on Sunday carried out a major drone operation against Saudi airports in Jeddah and Abha, making it the second attack on the weekend, a spokesman said.

“Yemeni Air Forces carried out, for second time this week, an offensive on Abha Airport,” Yemen’s armed forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree said in a statement on Twitter Sunday, adding that an important military target in Abha Airport, was also accurately hit with two drones of Qassef 2K and Sammad-3 classes.

The offensive came in response to the US-Saudi crimes and siege against the Yemeni People, he said.

Saree also renewed his call for all citizens living in Saudi Arabia to stay away from airports and sites that are used for military purposes.
