Israel is in "heavy mourning" after bodies of teens found

Housing and Construction Minister Uri Ariel on Monday said the Israel was in "heavy mourning" after the bodies of the three Israeli teens kidnapped in the West Bank earlier this month were discovered earlier in the day.
"The Jewish people are united in prayer and a brotherhood that should always exist," the Bayit Yehudi minister said.

Torrential rains and floods hit Bulgaria. Death toll in Varna floods rises

Bulgaria declares national mourning on June 23...

Heavy rainfall in the Black Sea resort city of Varna triggered a flood wave late on Thursday in one of its low-laying suburbs that killed at least 10 people, the mayor of Varna told the national radio.

TV footage showed smashed cars on top of each other on the streets of the suburb, where a state of emergency was declared.
