Juncker Plan: EU finance ministers approve EFSI regulation
The finance ministers of the European Union (EU) here Thursday adopted a regulation on the European fund for strategic investments (EFSI), the core of the Investment Plan for Europe, or the so-called Juncker Plan.According to the regulations, it will comprise 16 billion euros (about 17.92 billion US dollars) in guarantees from the EU and 5 billion euros from the European Investment Bank.
