Le tribunal du Land de Schleswig-Holstein (nord de l'Allemagne) a rejeté mardi le nouveau mandat d'arrêt émis à l'encontre de l'indépendantiste Carles Puigdemont par l'Espagne sur base de nouvelles informations. L'ex-président catalan ne devrait donc plus être écroué en Allemagne.
