"De acuerdo con la decisión tomada el 24 de mayo en San Petersburgo por el presidente de la República Francesa y el presidente de la Federación de Rusia, Francia y Rusia realizarán en los próximos días un proyecto humanitario conjunto para satisfacer las necesidades de la población civil (...) en Guta Oriental (en la ciudad de Duma), especialmente para la provisión de atención médica de emergencia en hospitales administrados por la Media Luna Roja Árabe Siria", reza un comunicado conjunto de los dos países, publicado este viernes en el sitio web de la Cancillería rusa.
