OSCE condemns Republika Srpska – EURACTIV.com
The withdrawal from state institutions such as the top state judicial institution, as announced by the authorities in the Republika Srpska (RS, Serb entity) goes against the Dayton Peace Agreement which undermines the fight against organised and other forms of serious crime, the OSCE Mission to BiH has warned.

US imposes sanctions on President of Republika Srpska for obstructing peace accord
The United States on Tuesday slapped sanctions on Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska, for actively obstructing the 1995 peace agreement that ended the war in the Balkans.

Lavrov urges Steinmeier not to fuel tensions over Serbian Republic
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told his German counterpart Frank Walter Steinmeier by telephone on Thursday that there was no need to fuel tensions over the Serbian Republic in Bosnia-Herzegovina and urged him to focus on encouraging the Bosnian sides to start a constructive dialogue, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement published at the Russian Foreign Ministry website after the ministers’ telephone conversation on Thursday.

Ban Ki-moon commends Bosnia and Herzegovina on peace and stability on twentieth Dayton Accords anniversary
UN, 21 November 2015 – On the twentieth anniversary of the Dayton Peace Accords, which ended the most devastating conflict in Europe since the Second World War, the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today congratulated the people and Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the consolidation of peace and political stability, as well as on the socio-economic progress achieved during the past twenty years.

The President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, announced a reform of the entity Constitution, which will first of all include the defense of the Republic of Srpska’s jurisdictions.
According to him, the new Constitution of the Republic of Srpska (RS) should contain a clause according to which the decisions enforced by the High Representative in BiH can be applied only if approved by the RS Parliament.

"RS to go to referendum unless Dayton is respected"
BANJA LUKA -- RS President Milorad Dodik has said after returning from
an official visit to Moscow that Russia continually expresses its
commitment to the Dayton Agreement....
The leader of the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina pointed out that Russia does so through its activities in the Peace Implementation Council in Bosnia-Herzegovina and in the UN Security Council.
"We had the opportunity to thank President Vladimir Putin for the continued support that Russia provides also through the UN Security Council and the Peace Implementation Council, which is of great importance for the Serb Republic (RS)," said Dodik.
