The death toll from a landslide in northern Vietnam triggered by flash flooding in the wake of Typhoon Yagi rose to 22, with 73 people still missing, state media reported Wednesday.
Yagi struck Vietnam at the weekend, bringing winds in excess of 149 kilometers (92 miles) per hour and a deluge of rain that has caused flooding not seen in decades, according to locals.
At least 141 people in Vietnam were killed by Typhoon Yagi and the resulting flooding.
