Americo Zelenskyy accuses also Amnesty of victim blaming

Ukraine’s president has denounced a report by Amnesty International alleging that Ukrainian forces have endangered civilians by setting up bases in residential areas, accusing the rights group of abetting what he called Russia’s unprovoked attacks on Ukraine.

The rights group, Zelenskyy said, had sought to offer “amnesty [to] the terrorist state and shift the responsibility from the aggressor to the victim”.
