Russian Village At Border With Ukraine Shelled, Governor Of Kursk Region Says - UrduPoint

A village at Russia's border with Ukraine was shelled on Monday morning, Governor of the Russian Kursk Region Roman Starovoit said.

"Today, early in the morning, the village of Tetkino in the Glushkovsky district was shelled again. Attacks were made on the bridge and local enterprises," Starovoit said on his Telegram channel on Monday.

He added that information on damages and possible casualties is being verified.

  1. The territory of a sugar factory and a bridge were damaged as a result of mortar shelling on Monday of the Tyotkino village in the Kursk Region bordering Ukraine, the region’s governor Roman Starovoit said.

    "No one received any injuries or died. The main strike was on the local bridge, it is damaged. The territory of a sugar factory was [also] damaged," Starovoit wrote on his Telegram channel.

    He added that a two-storey residential house with eight apartments and outbuildings nearby were damaged by the shelling and a car was burned.

    Over the past three months, the border village of Tyotkino had been shelled by Ukraine several times.
