The Philippines is brewing diplomatic row with the United States because of the statements of President Rodrigo Duterte about the us Ambassador Philip Goldberg, whom he publicly called «gay» and «son of a bitch».

He urged Filipinos to kill drug dealers and even promised to kill their own children if they test the drugs and called the head of the Roman Catholic Church «son of a bitch», but later sent the Pontiff apologize in writing.
Also on one of the campaign rallies Duterte promised to burn the Singapore flag, reported by newspaper the Straits Times.
