Belgian judge's decision on ousted Catalan leader delayed

Carles Puigdemont and four of his ex-ministers were in self-imposed exile in the Belgian capital Brussels
A Belgian judge in charge of examining a European Arrest Warrant issued by Spain for the ousted regional president of Catalonia on Friday decided he would make his final ruling at a hearing scheduled for December.

Carles Puigdemont and four of his ex-ministers were in self-imposed exile in the Belgian capital Brussels, where the prosecutor's office has issued fresh calls for the arrest warrant _ launched by Madrid in response to an illegal declaration of independence last month _ to be implemented.
