Russian Envoy to Palestine Haidar Aghann affirmed that in Russia’s view, a comprehensive and just solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict lies in ending the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories within the 1967 borders and the establishment of an independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
