 L'Union européenne prolonge d'un an les sanctions contre la Crimée et Sébastopol, annexées en 2014 par la Russie. Cela signifie qu'aucun bien en provenance de la péninsule ne pourront être exportés vers l'Europe avant au moins le 23 juin 2018. L'embargo sur les investissements est également prolongé.
