Russian Aerospace Forces Destroyed a Group of Terrorists Trained by US Instructors in Syria
On August 4, the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed a group of militants in Syria, which is being trained by instructors from the US Special Operations Forces. This was reported in the Russian Ministry of Defense.

‘Suicide drone attack’ targets US military base Al-Tanf in Syria’s Homs – reports — RT World News
According to local reports, as many as five drones were involved in the attack, including at least one suicide drone, with “some coming from Iraq-Syria border," a source told a BBC reporter. There are no reports of casualties at present.
