Ukraine expects Russia to build up its forces in Ukraine to 800,000 by the year's end, Forbes Ukraine reported on Monday citing Deputy Defence Minister Ivan Havryliuk.
Currently, there are around 600,000 Russian troops in east territories of Ukraine, the media report said referring to Havryliuk's statement.
