United States continues to investigate the destruction of Kakhovka HPP

The United States continues to clarify the details of the destruction of the Kakhovka HPP and is not yet ready to assign responsibility, Pentagon official Patrick Ryder said.

"So far, we're still studying it," he said in response to a journalist's question about whether the United States is ready to point out those responsible for the destruction of the HPP.

Ryder also noted that the American Ministry of Defense is not yet ready to announce additional aid to Ukraine after the destruction of Kakhovka HPP.
