Kremlin says Britain’s military aid to Ukraine won’t change conflict’s outcome

Kremlin spokesperson Dimitry Peskov told reporters that Russia takes “an extremely negative” view of the UK’s decision to supply long-range Storm Shadow cruise missiles and other military hardware to Ukraine.

He added that the Kremlin doesn’t think this will change the outcome of the war.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyrr Zelenskyy is in London to meet Britian’s Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, in an effort to ramp up military support.

Earlier, the British government said in a statement that Sunak “will confirm the further UK provision of hundreds of air defence missiles and further unmanned aerial systems including hundreds of new long-range attack drones with a range of over 200km.”
