Landmine Blast Kills Six Syrian Civilians in Eastern Homs Desert

Six civilians were killed by a landmine explosion left by terrorists while they were collecting truffles in the desert of Al-Sukhna in the eastern countryside of Homs.

Syrian Arab News Agency reported from Homs that the explosion occurred as a car carrying a group of people passed by, who were heading to collect truffles in the Jabal Al-Amour area of the Al-Sukhna desert.

The landmine was an anti-tank mine from the remnants of Daesh (ISIS or ISIL) terrorists.

Last February 17, fifty-three citizens were killed while collecting truffles in an attack carried out by Daesh terrorists southeast of Al-Sukhna city in the eastern countryside of Homs.
