Russia’s defence ministry says that Ukraine plans to carry a large-scale provocation in the near future in order to accuse Moscow of committing war crimes.
For this purpose, the ministry said in a message on social media citing “several independent sources”, Kyiv plans to blow up buildings in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk.
