Eyewitnesses report new blasts in central Kiev near Security Service building

New explosions rock the center of Kiev. Eyewitnesses report to TASS that they took place on Tereschenkovskaya Street in the Shevchenko district of the city. The building of the Ukrainian Security Service is located nearby.

Numerous explosions in Kiev and several regions of Ukraine have been reported by authorities since Monday morning. According to the mayor of the Ukrainian capital, Vitaly Klitschko, critical infrastructure was damaged.
