U.S. President Biden orders mandatory vaccination of federal employees

U.S. President Joe Biden has ordered that all federal employees get vaccinated amid a rapid surge in COVID-19 cases across the country.
The new rule requires millions of federal workers to be either vaccinated against COVID-19 or submit to other measures like regular testing and wearing masks.
The vaccination drive comes as the U.S. reported more than 500-thousand new cases in the past week due to the spread of the Delta variant,... once again emerging as a global virus hotspot.
That figure was the highest among any country for that period,... a jump of 1-hundred-31 percent from the previous week.
