The top U.S. military official says the combined forces of South Korea and the U.S. are ready and capable to defend against any threats posed by North Korea.
In a pre-recorded speech delivered at an annual forum on Wednesday,... General Mark Milley also said the allies closely monitor their joint readiness.
He stressed their combined defense readiness by referring to the slogan of the combined forces 'Fight Tonight'. Milley also noted that denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula requires "matters of policy".
