Mubarak set free 6 years after he was ousted in "revolution"

Former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak was on Friday set free and left the military hospital where he had spent most of the last six years since the revolution that ousted him, his lawyer told EFE.


Farid el-Dib said the octogenarian former leader left Maadi hospital early in the morning and returned to his home in the northwest of Cairo.
