DPRK diplomat warns Korean Peninsula at edge of nuclear war

The persistent joint military exercises carried out by the US and South Korea should be blamed for the current situation on the Korean Peninsula, said Pak Myong-ho, Minister of the DPRK Embassy in China at a news conference held at the embassy in Beijing on Thursday.

The Korean Peninsula is at the edge of nuclear war, warned Pak, who further vowed that North Korea will continue with nuclear tests if the threat of force "at the gate of North Korea" persists.
