A Russian military plane carrying 91 people disappeared from radar on Sunday shortly after taking off from the southern city of Sochi, local news agencies reported the Defense Ministry as saying Sunday.
According to local agencies, search and rescue crews located debris from the plane in Russia's territorial waters in the Black Sea.
