TerrorMilitants block civilians from fleeing east Aleppo

The jihadist terrorist/rebels blocked dozens of civilians from fleeing besieged east Aleppo on Wednesday after a humanitarian corridor was setup by the Syrian and Russian militaries.

According to local reports, the jihadist terrorist/rebels forced the civilians to flee the streets before opening fire on the remaining people trying to leave the area.

The U.K. based [so-called] "Syrian Observatory for Human Rights" (SOHR) claimed that nearly 100 families gathered near the humanitarian corridor to leave their besieged neighborhoods before the jihadist rebels forced them to flee.

“On Tuesday night, around 100 families gathered near a passage from the (rebel-held) Bustan al-Basha district to cross to Sheikh Maqsud,” said Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman.

“But when the civilians tried to cross to the other side, gunfire broke out,” he added.

Earlier this week, 17 people snuck out of east Aleppo and reached the Syrian Arab Army's front-lines after evading the jihadist rebels patrolling the area.

The Russian and Syrian militaries are encouraging civilians in east Aleppo to exit the area via the humanitarian corridors that their personnel are actively monitoring and protecting.
