Israel wildfires: Netanyahu delivers speech in front of Turkish plane

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has delivered his press conference on Saturday in front of a Turkish firefighting aircraft.


Netanyahu has delivered his press conference in front of a Turkish firefighting plane. Turkey had sent 3 firefighting aircrafts to Israel in order to help the country struggling against wildfires for several days.

So far an estimated 80,000 people have been displaced in Haifa, the 3rd biggest city of the Middle Eastern country.

Hundreds of homes have been damaged in Israel, including in both Jewish and Arab areas.

More than 120 people have been hurt by the wildfires since Tuesday, Israeli emergency services said.
