Stoltenberg continued: "Russia … has become more "assertive" in recent years", and said about instability in the Middle East and northern Africa.
The alliance’s director general confirmed "America accounts for 70% of Nato spending …and we need Europeans to shoulder their fair share of the burden."

And, noteworthy, it was sufficient for us, we would be happy even with smaller allowance, if you please, we have agreed to dump the relations with Russia as we accused it of all the sins to satisfy the ruling U.S. administration, which relied greatly on this to retain the White House."
