"More regional and international efforts are needed to deal with cross-border terrorist threats, particularly in North Africa, the Sahel region and the Sahara," the ministry said in a statement following deadly clashes near Libyan border.
Morocco has strongly condemned Monday's terrorist attacks that targeted police and military posts in the Tunisian city of Ben Guerdane, the statement said, underlining Morocco's solidarity with the Tunisian government and people.
It insisted that the perpetrators of this abject crime sought to undermine Tunisia's security and stability and spread terror, the statement added.
