Dos estadios han sido evacuados en la ciudad alemana de Hannover debido a las amenazas de explosiones, informa ABC. Primero fue desalojado el recinto donde iba a jugarse el partido amistoso entre las selecciones de fútbol de Alemania y los Países Bajos. Cerca del estadio se halló un camión lleno de explosivos camuflado como una ambulancia.
Posteriormente, un segundo estadio en Hannover debió ser evacuado, donde el público esperaba un concierto de la banda Söhne Mannheims. Además, la policía local ha cerrado una sección de la estación central de trenes de la ciudad después de que se haya descubierto un objeto sospechoso.
La Policía de Hannover exhortó a la gente a retirarse a sus casas, mantenerse alejada de los estadios y no moverse en grupos grandes.

During the evening, evidence has been accumulating to suggest that one had opted for the cancellation, said German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere at a press conference.
An earlier cancellation was not possible and it was a tough choice to make, he added.
According to information obtained by German media from German security sources, the cancellation was relevant indication to an attack that had been planned by potential Islamist attackers.
"We have had concrete evidence that someone wanted to ignite an explosive device at the stadium," Hanover's police chief Volker Kluwe said to German media on Tuesday night.
The "official visitors" and the teams are safe, he said, adding that the evacuation of the stadium went "smoothly."
Earlier in the day, roads leading to the stadium set to hold the match were reportedly blocked after a suspicious object was found on the spot.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and several cabinet ministers were expected to attend the match, which comes four days after the terrorist attacks in Paris that killed more than 130 people.
