Russia is urging all parties to the Ukrainian conflict to exchange hostages under the “all-for-all” pattern, Lavrov told the news conference.“Another important task of the OSCE monitoring mission will be to address the problem of hostages,” he said. “We would like to see the parties agree to exchange all for all.”

ReplyDeleteThe self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic has felt the attempts Ukraine’s blockade, the republic’s head, Alexander Zakharchenko, said on Friday.
“The transport blockade exists partially,” he said.
“Fortunately, people at Ukrainian road blocks are reasonable and they let transport pass,” Zakharchenko said.
However, there are cases when transport is not allowed to pass when it carries lubricants, medications and foodstuffs, he said.
